This was one of some special portraits requested by FFG : when an employee works at FFG for 5 years, they get their likeness painted into a piece of art for on of their game :)
This one got into the Arkham Horror LCG mythos pack "Heart of the Elders", as well as the Elder sign expansion "Omens of the Dark Pharaoh" !
